Terms Of Use:

1. It is the Buyer's responsibility to read and understand our terms of use. Since the terms of use are subject to change, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to make sure that he/she is aware of the most current terms. Most current terms are always located at www.kismetcreations.co.uk

2. Kismet Creations legally possess the power to grant Buyer this license for all enclosed materials. Buyer is not purchasing the copyright of the graphics, only the right to use them.  Buyer may not claim ownership to any of the original contents in whole, or in part. Kismet Creations may revoke this license if any of the terms below are violated. Upon receipt of notice that the Buyer has violated any copyright laws or the terms or conditions of the License, the Buyer shall immediately delete all Product files, both in original and derivative form, contained in the notice.

3. Purchase of the Product from Kismet Creations grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the contents of the zip file. The Buyer may use the Product commercially in the form of rendered and new images but may not distribute the Product "as is" or any of the Product’s files. The Company, Kismet Creations, retains all copyrights to the files. The Buyer shall not copy, compile, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer the Product to any third party. The Buyer shall not redistribute the Product, in whole or in part, in any file format for sale or for free. You may not resave them, as PSP tubes and redistribute them for sale or for free in filesharing groups. 

4. The Buyer may use the Product as a design resource in rendered images and derivative images for any personal or commercial projects, as long as the Artist's work is protected from extraction and the Buyer has not violated any other terms of the License.

5. The Buyer may backup copies for personal archival purposes only. The Buyer may not share the files online.

You may not print our products "as is" for mass commercial reproduction. You may sell printwork as long as you use the Product as a design resource incorporated into derivative and new work.

7.  Kismet Creations must be credited on all sheets that you design using our images that are made for sale.  Artwork by www.kismetcreations.co.uk MUST appear on the sheet.
